The Great Southern Rail Trail passes directly through Loch, with the section towards Korumburra winding through some of the most beautiful rolling countryside in South Gippsland. The trail also passes near Hilda Falls, while the historic Loch Suspension Bridge provides a lovely short walk through the leafy valley at Loch Memorial Reserve. Just outside the village, Cape Horn Lookout offers sweeping views across the green hills of South Gippsland and, on a clear day, towards the coast. Loch also has a strong food and wine culture, with cafés, local produce, cellar doors and regular markets adding to its appeal.
